Our laser technology and optical design experience includes system design, prototype development, process development and production. System designs have integrated lasers with fiber optics, vision systems, robots, galvometers, rotary and linear slides. These same designs have incorporated many different lasers including: CO₂, Solid-state (YAG), frequency doubled YAG, Excimer and Diode lasers. Powers have ranged from milliwatts to kilowatts.

Using Design of Experiments to perform feasibility studies we develop system specifications to provide cost savings by eliminating over/under specified designs. Projects range from IR guided missiles and medical laser systems to industrial systems for welding, cutting and marking.

Practical yet creative designs using off-the-shelf optics provide you with the most economical system available. SolidWorks®, Inventor®, and AutoCAD® mechanical design software provide the mechanical interface to produce 3D or 2D layouts with optical and mechanical specifications. ZEMAX®, optical design software, allows simple to complex optical designs to be drawn and analyzed to develop a robust system meeting your needs.
